Hey there!

I’m Laurel—though I pronounce it Laurelle (it’s a long story, but you can read all about it in my book).

Originally from Canada, I’ve been lucky to call Ireland home since 2016. My passion? Health, movement, and truly living life. But my journey hasn’t always been smooth—I’ve battled body image struggles, anxiety, low self-esteem, over-exercising, under-eating and severe PMS or PMDD.

Over time, and after hitting a few different rock bottoms, I found balance. Yoga, meditation, and mindful movement has helped me heal, and I learned that exercise isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling good. Whether you’re sweating in the gym, flowing through yoga, or dancing in your kitchen, movement is powerful for both body and mind.

I’m here to help you feel amazing inside and out through fitness, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. I’m a 500+ RYT (trained in India & Bali), a Level 4 Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor, a Barre & Pilates Instructor, a Reiki Practitioner, and a Certified Life Coach. I’ve been a personal trainer for seven years and teaching yoga for six—and I love combining movement and mindfulness to help you become your best self.

Recently, I discovered a new passion—helping women through pregnancy and postpartum. As I navigate my own journey into motherhood, I’m diving deep into pregnancy yoga, mom-and-baby classes, and prenatal/postnatal personal training. I can’t wait to share what I’m learning! (Because man, it is a rollercoaster!)

If I had to sum up my approach to life in two words, they’d be laughter and authenticity. What you see is what you get—I love to keep things real, bring playfulness into everything I do, and create a space where my clients and students feel like lifelong friends. Because let’s be honest—life is meant to be lived!
